Shipping & Delivery

Customer(Purchaser) is responsible for all shipping costs. The price list does not include the shipping cost for the cabinets. Cabinets are packaged individually in boxes and places onto a pallet. The cabinets will be shipped to businesses with or without a loading dock; residences or construction sites. A person is required to by onsite to inspect and sign for the shipment.

All destinations must be tractor trailer accessible. If there are any problems concerning the delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.

Handling Fee: $20 per large pallet. $10 per small pallet.

Damages: All shipments should be thoroughly inspected for damages & losses by the purchaser or the purchaser's designed recipient before the shipment is accepted and signed for. The purchaser is responsible for all the damages & losses that occur after acceptance of the shipment.

On the bill of lading (BOL), you will find carriers and claim information instructions. Better Home Cabinet Distributor will not be responsible for shipping charges for reordered items.

Note: Better Home Cabinet Distributor photographs all shipment(s) before being shipped; therefore, if needed for your claim, please contact us.

HOW TO CLAIM DAMAGED ITEMS 

  1. Your company name
  2. The invoice number or packing slip number associated with the damaged item(s)
  3. Item name/Item code
  4. Damage description
  5. Color photographs
    • A full shot of the entire item
    • A medium shot of the item
    • A close-up shot of the item
